When I water my plant these little, tiny white or grey worms come out the bottom (no more than 1mm long). I am very annoyed about this, is there a simple home remedy?

I always let the soil dry out between waterings; this does not rid the worms.

Remove the plant , soil and all, from the pot and gently remove the majority of the soil from the roots by hand. Then gently swish the roots in room temperature water in a deep bucket until the majority of the roots are *clean*. Thoroughly clean the plant's pot with hot water and a little bleach. Rinse very well and then repot your jade in new potting soil. Don't overwater....be sure to let the soil dry out completely between waterings.

I,agree with re-potting it, and rinsing it well, try a small amount of dish liquid when rinsing it roots, then put fresh soil in it, and allow it to dry out before watering it, also give it plenty of light, but not direct sunlight in the summer.
