With a lot of courage, bravery, and while fighting the urge to run and hide, or duck and cover.
Seriously... Get them both to sit down with you, maybe in the living room. It might be an idea to have both the pregnant teen and the one that helped her get pregnant there together. Then, sit down, take a deep breath and tell them. The young couple should probably take things through, first (raising the baby together, raising the baby with help, putting the baby up for adoption- either open or closed, abortion). Once the teens have things figured out, it will help when talking to all the parents involved.

If you were in that situation, you probably should wait until you are alone with your parents, perhaps at the dinner table. Don't flat out say that you're pregnant; that will shock them too much. Lead into the topic by telling them that you have some bad news. Proceed to tell them that you're pregnant, but make sure to say that you will take full responsibility. Appologize, and let them vent their anger/fear/concern for a while. Initially, they'll probably be furious, but once the anger dies down they'll probably want to talk to you about the situation and help you.

Go to the one you have the best relationship with, tell them your pregnant. Dont bother to beat around the bush, just come right out and say it. Teens usually think my parents are going to kill me, truth is their not going to kill you, their not going to beat you, their not going to take away your birthday. Parents love their children and know their going to make mistakes, or do something they dont like. Your parents may not be happy about it, but they will love and stand by you.

My sister asked me to tell our parents for her so I did but I think parents feel better about it when the teen has the responsibility to tell them their selves

I was sixteen when I had my first daughter. My boyfriend and me actually sat down with my dad and told him. Things went better than I had thought they would go. If you hide it, they will find out sooner or later and will be disappointed you didn't come to them earlier. There support could really help

No. Teens are stupid, and immature. They think they are ready for eerything, only to get prego and find out they are a lot dumber and a lot more rude than they thought. They have no courage, and are retarded little yous.
