When my daughter was a baby she had to have five sets of tubes in her ears. So we had also of ear aches. My Doctor told me to heat some vegetable oil just Luke warm and drop a drop or two into the ear to loosen up the build up wax. That will re leave the pressure in the ear. Don't forget the baby Tylenol.

A little bit of sweet oil on a q-tip but you should really bring him/her to the doctor and ear infection won't usually just go away without antibiotics but it's a good temporary solution until you can get to the doctor! Hope Baby feels better soon!! Hope this helps!

If the baby is under six months old, you need to see a doctor before trying anything.

Other than that, some Tylenol or Motrin for pain, and if it doesn't clear up on it's own - which sometimes it does, or your child is in a lot pain, you need to see a doctor for antibiotics - either oral ones, or eardrops.

similison (sp?) ear drops. They work miracles in children/babies. The also make special infant ear drops, check your local pharmacy- walgreens, cvs etc.
If it doesn't go away in 3-4 days take him/her to the doctor because it might be an ear infection, but my sister is a nurse practitioner and she sees lots of kids with just ear aches, not ear infections

Garlic/mullein ear oil. Get it at the health food store. Works like a charm.
