I found a townhouse I want to rent but I am not even from Ohio so I am basically unsure of what I am getting into. What I know is that the townhome is 10 minutes from downtown, in the I-70 & Rt33 area. Any info about this area. I will be raising five children there. Is it a yay or nay? What do you know?

I am somewhat familiar with the area having lived there for 5 years. Bexley is very nice- but if you step right outside it gets sketchy. I know of the apartments right at 70 & 33 (SW corner), and those are pretty nice, but if you go a little farther north on 33 and just West, it starts to become shady. I would highly suggest taking a trip to Columbus first to check the area out (especially with five kids)! If you need some suggestions I may be able to help!

Bexley is a very nice, upscale neighborhood in Columbus. The schools are fantastic! It is near downtown, and wonderful shopping. Really- I think you chose well and that you will be very happy there.

I doubt there is a huge Hispanic population in Bexley, if anything, It's predominantly Jewish.

Here's their website:
