Not really sure why you posted this question twice, but as I said before, no, no band can be rated higher. There may be flash in the pan bands that are hotter at this moment, but U2 have been around since the 70s and have always been relevant. How many of today's popular bands will still be around in 30 years? Not many, I'd wager, if any.

Oh my gosh!!!!! I can't believe you could ask that! They are, and always be the best band EVER!!!!!!! Now one comes close. If they do it is probably because they have used U2, or that U2 has used them as an influence and perfected their music. Their music is so meaningful, beautiful, the list goes on and on!!! I love them!!!!!!!

are you serious?? NO WAY CAN ANY BAND RATE HIGHER THAN U2...They are the BEST and tops!!!!!! No one comes near to touching them/
Have you seen them in concert? Oh my gosh.......they put on a kick *** concert!!!!!! ive seen them twice in concert.....
