Try going into Safe Mode and deleting the file. Hit the F8 key as the computer boots up (i.e., when it says "Hit <> key to enter SETUP", or something along those lines). Select "Safe Mode". When a file cannot be modified/deleted in Normal mode, it can almost always be done so in Safe Mode.

Your JPEG archives are likely being in the present day opened by ability of way of yet another application. So precise click on a JPEG and choose houses. bypass to the 'Open With' decision and set it to 'homestead homestead windows photograph and Fax Viewer'
