i believe i had implantation spotting once (pink) on tues morning. when should i be able to test and get a positive? my period is already really late and i think i O'd late.

forgot to add i took a test yesterday and was negative. plus i had cramping since monday night till lastnight. could it be it was implanting all that time? today so far no cramping??

Blood tests are always the most accurate. If you can hold in the suspense go and have a blood test. I had a home pregnancy test the morning of my blood test and it was negative!

I always tested on the day that I spotted from implantation bleeding and got positives. It may be faint lines, but every day that goes by the lines will get darker.

You should acutally be able to take a hpt now if it doesn't read postivie take another one in about 3 days.
But it should come up postive if you already missed your peroid and have had implantation bleeding.

Most women can take a test on the day of their missed period...so you should be fine to take one now.
