Yes but bluetooth is a form of wireless (radio) network connection.
Bluetooth has a very short range (less than 10 metres).
What most people mean by wireless network is 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless LAN.

A wireless network connects to the base router using a specific frequency
A Bluetooth, connects to any strong radio signals or other bluetooth devices.
My laptop automatically found my internet (radio signal) and instantly connected to it ( that was a big bonus). There were no wires to connect or software to install, unlike my wireless.

Dave Barry once said, "If you asked me to name the three scariest threats facing the human race, I would give the same answer that most people would: nuclear war, global warming and Windows."
Then Paul Ehrlich said, "To err is human, but to really foul things up you need a computer."
I don't know who said this, but I think it was first said about women (but they apply to computers too): You can't live with them, and you wouldn't want to live without them!
