Because the bottle has an anti glue in it that isn't sticky which is why when you don't use glue for a long time it doesn't work anymore...

Because glue needs to have airflow in order to dry. When the bottle of glue is closed, airflow is impeded.

cuase glue dryes an gets sticky when the water starts to evaporate, theres enough H20 in the bottle to keep it from sticking n_n â¥
