We are a married couple with two children. We would like to have a 3rd but i cant get pregnant again. I am SERIOUS.

i would go to an adoption agency in person. i saw this episode of 20/20 ( i believe) where the couple wanted to adopt and the lady that was "pregnant" was not really pregnant and ended up taking all their money. so be smart and go to a reputable agency

I would try a suggarent mother use you husbands sperm that way if in the future the child has and medical problems than your husband would have a gentic connection

Do research on adoption agencies, then go to one which meets your needs.
You won't find any birthmothers on Yahoo Answers.

do not search fo a child online....you can be subjected to serious fraud this way...
look for a real adoption agency...
