Do you ever just want to answer "Go ahead. Have fun. You're only asking this for attention anyway. You're too chicken to actually do it or you would have gone and done it and not given us a chance to tell you not to." ?????

I mightt be wrong, and people migh not like this answer but i believe the people who are serous about it just do it, and not talk about it. and I don't believe in Attempted suicide either, I believe either you have the balls to do it right, or you just chickened out and didn't do it right
If the only thing that can think about is them dying, and not the pain that will be left behind, then the ones who love them shouldn't be put through a life of "are they going to kill themselves or not"? questions, you should just do it, so everyone else can go do what needs to be done

You never know when it is a real cry for help and I would never answer a suicide question that way! I wish there was some sort of help button we could push when these questions pop up.

I feel bad if they are serious...but if they are not, that is messed up because so many of us want to help. They ar taking advantage of Y!A. Who would post a suicide question on polls and surveys anyways?

Once I told someone who asked why he was still here that he was still here because he hadn't pulled the plastic bag over his face and pulled it tight yet..needless to say I didn't get best answer.

i won't even open that sort of questions. i get myself embroiled in too many other issues and don't wanna get involved with that much of a counselling job.
