you might have an allergy to something in the air or that is around you (cat, carpet, synthetic material) the only way to find out is by going to the doctor and taking a test.
On the other hand, you can make fresh ginger tea everyday for yourself and you'll completely stop sneezing or having a runny nose. Buy fresh ginger, boil water, pour water over ginger, and then strain. Delicious!

You have allergies or sinusitis. I'm sure that your doc gave you some flonase. Before you use it, take 8 oz of water and mix with one teaspoon of salt and one of baking soda and use this to snort up your nose and shoot out your nose (think suck up through one nostril while clsoing the other with your finger and snorting out like blowing your nose) several times before using any nasal medicine and really you can do this anytime you want (in the shower, getting up in the AM or going to bed, etc) This along with flonase and an antibiotic (if a sinus infection) or anti-allergy meds (if allergies) may help.

You definatly have allergies!! I have severe allergies for years. i know what works! :) Have you tried any nasel sprays such as flonase or nasenex? Those seem to work the best for me! Hope you feel better!
