Try stain devils, they do them for alsorts of stain removal.
They do one for ink which is good

Methylated Spirits removes ink & grass stains BUT, I would´t recomend that on suede, I think the best thing to do would be ask in the dry cleaner´s . You can buy special rubber pads & brushes for suede this might help

Leather cleaning is best left to a professional. Suede is especially finicky. While solvent cleaner is effective for removing ballpoint from many surfaces, solvents are not recommended for leather. Solvents tend to make leather brittle and can affect dye.

if you can macine wash it, you might try spraying it with hair spray first.I know that sounds odd but it takes out ink.

i would use goof off i have used it with great success do not Wash or dry first..buy at d i y stores (paint dept.)
