I've been taking Lexapro for 3 weeks and now I'm a few days late. I know certain medications can mess with certain contraceptives but I've never heard anything about affecting IUDs. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure there is no interaction. I have had the Mirena IUD for about 6 months now and I've been on Lexapro for 2 months. So far I have not noticed anything out of the ordinary. I wouldn't stress too much about being a few days late w/ the IUD, it took me about 4 months before I was having a regular period at all w/ it. But if you still have any concerns u could ask your OBGYN.

I have not heard where there is any drug interactions with Mirena either. I would call the Dr's office just to be safe.
