I presume you mean that when you had your window replaced, the new windscreen does not have a heating element.
If this is the case, then, no, you can't !
The only option is to have another new windscreen (with heating element) fitted ... like you should have done in the first place !!!
Or put up with having a button on your dashboard which doesn't work, as a constant reminder to be more careful next time !!!
