the post I have seems to get caught on my brush, clothes, etc...

YES they do. They're mostly barbells. Look at mine.

no they don't and the girl that does it that i talked to said she does not like to do it because it is so dangerous, but the company she works for makes her. if she doesn't do it she looses her job.
