94 Chevy Silverado Z-71 5 speed

New Clutch, New Master Cylinder, New Slave Cylinder
Ok after bleeding the lines, the clutch works excellent for about half an hour, real smooth and soft. then after about half an hour it stops disengaging smooth and it gets real rough to the point were you can't shift from first or reverse.

You dident say if you replaced the throw out bearing.
If you dident there is your problum
The theerwout bearing is what pushes in on the pressure plate so ut disengages the cluch so you can shift.

Happens sometimes. This is usually an indicator of still having some air trapped in the lines somewhere. Sometimes they go right the 1st time other times you have to have to keep bringing them back in a half a dozen times to get it all.

sounds like the hydraulic pressure is slowly bleeding off some ware. Just because those parts are new, does not mean they work correctly, or are any good

If you are not losing fluid there is air in the line, they have to be bled again.
