I am addicted to computer games especially in wow.. What should i do?

Thx for replies.. bit its not tha easy.. i prefer to play as much as possible even ignoring reading completely, phone calls and friends.. I try to play as much as possible and i think i need some therapist to help me with that

computer addiction is not as bad as subtance addiction,
you can get away from it much easier than say "herion"
or crack.
so just try to find another hobby and be glad it's not
a more serious addition.

Find other things to do. Read a book. Go outside. Arrange some time to meet with friends. Socialize with people offline. I know how it's like to be addicted to the internet and to online communities. But get away from it once in a while. Otherwise it will eat away at your social life and you'll become a gray-skinned, bloodshot-eyed freak who has no friends because you refused to even step outside for a couple of minutes.

Set up a schedule. Set aside time to game and time for other things like exercise, out door activities, sleep, etc. Get some regular human interaction. Good luck
