Hello! I have been ttc since September. This month, I decided to take charge of my fertility(and not just wait to see what happened). A close friend who was ttc for over a year had just become pregnant- when I asked her what she think did the trick, she told me royal jelly- which is all natural and made from bees (so make sure you are NOT allergic to bees). I have been taking it for a month, and for the first time in three months of ovulation tests, I received a smiley face!!! Also, I have been charting my bbt and read "taking charge of your fertility". I finally know what is going on with my body, and there is such peace of mind with that!

Baby dust to you...

This may sound contadictory but our first child wasn`t concieved until we stopped thinking about trying to get pregnant. And until I took a day all for myself and worked out a few emotional things that I think were also blocking getting pregnant. (I was worried about not being a good mom, and didn`t want to turn out like my own... stuff like that). Soon after this "clearing up", we had visitors for a few weeks and forgot about "trying". That`s when it worked - the stress was off. It had taken 9 months of waiting. The second child took 1 1/2 years, but I think I also blocked it because of some relationship problems that hadn`t been worked out. But watch out - the third child came after one time. Careful!

I see you have several really good answers, but I just wanted to add a couple of things. #1 Take robitussin cough syrup, it help loosen your "mucus" give the sperm a better environment. #2 Have your partner wear boxer shorts, the air circulating will help with sperm production. #3. Have your partner drink orange juice or take extra vitamin C. It will help the sperm to "swim" better.

After having sex don't get up right away and clean up, let it take first if you know what I mean.
