My suggestion would be to take the wires out you still get the full support without the pain of wires.

Take them back - they shouldn't be falling apart already. If you still have the receipt, they will probably give you a refund.
I am not impressed with the quality of bras at Victoria's Secret - Bali bras last 3 times as long and a little cheaper.

1) Hand wash your bras
2) "YOU DO NOT PUT A BRA IN A DRYER!" _ Hedwig
For now just push that underwire back in and sew the end shut. They should not be falling apart like that if you care for them properly.

You need put your bras in a gramet bag to wash, and then place your bras on a drying rack to dry. The under wires will eventually poke of but this will make your bras last longer.

If you don't have time to wash your bras by hand, I recommend getting a small garment bag. They are fairly cheap and will save you a lot of money since you won't have to keep replacing your bras. It gets them clean without them getting all crappy in the wash. I've used them and they work well.
