Never, I always order water in a restaurant as a matter of fact. Now as for the bar.....I always order beer ;)

I'm not a water drinker, but if I was, I see no reason to feel guilty about ordering water to drink. My ex-mother-in-law always orders a glass of ice water with lemon, then adds sweetener to it, to make light lemonade. I think that's a cool idea.

Never. In a restaurant you are paying for the food you're eating and in a bar you would most like be paying for bottled water so it is not like they are loosing money.
