That's a bit longer than normal but not substantially. Most erect penises are between 5 and 7 inches, with flaccid ones in the 3-5 inch range. Frequently the larger flaccid ones don't enlarge as much when they become erect. I can think of a couple of ways for you to find out (assuming this is your boyfriend!) but that is up to you. It's nothing at all to be concerned with though...no big deal!

Depends. Guys who have larger flaccid penises usually don't get much bigger when they get hard. The person with the size you mentioned could simply just get upright for an erection. The only way to find out is to see it hard. Not much changes for guys in their 20's.

Tough to predict.

Big ones don't increase PROPORTIONATELY in length as much when they harden as do smaller ones.

Truth be told, however -- while we straight males have a fair amount of knowledge about what flaccid penises look like on other guys, we haven't seen many of them harden.

So except for porn actors, who are known to be unusual, we don't actually have a large -- as it were ;) -- sample size to base opinions on.

Maybe some females can be more helpful. :)
