I think it's called Mikey, it's about a little boy (the boy from Blank Check) who murders his family (drowns his little sister in the pool, throws something eletric in the bath with his mom) but isn't caught and goes to live with another family who he then tries to kill. Couldn't find it on google and nobody remembers it. Is that the name of it?

Oh yeah! It's this 1992 movie called Mikey ... with Brian Bonsall as the child from hell.
Mikey is a little boy who killed his own family. Then he causes his foster sister to drown in a pool, electrocutes his foster mother and hits his foster dad with a bat. He even video tapes it. He then tells the police it was a man who murdered his foster parents.
Mikey is placed in another foster home, things go great for the foster family till he goes on his killing spree. Mikey's teacher notices something about his drawing that is psychotic behavior.
Mikey's principal doesn't think that it is a big deal. Mikey has a crush on an older girl, played by Josie Bissett. She can tell he's is a psycho. On top of that, Mikey's foster parents are starting to get suspicious of him.
Mikey over heard his foster mother say that adopting him was a big mistake. He snaps and ends up killing them and the Principal and his teacher.

The movie is called Mikey it stars Brian Bonsall it come out in 1992. I seen that movie years ago on Lifetime Movie network.
