It would be amazing if we could go back in time to find out. But as you say, there are many things we will never ever know.

we were most likely created or bred by the Anunaki as slaves in the first place
and they were exstraterestrials
so people or other inteligent life forms must have been speaking maybe billions of years ago in other parts of the universe
some of the humanoid life that seeded this planet (Atlantis)could have come from Mars before it was knocked out of orbit and lost its atmosphere
the Nordics who lived there must have been talking

and Thoth wrote a beautifull philosyphy on emerald tablets 36.000 year ago,this was early earth language .but i dont think it was the earliest

The first word uttered would be the word by God when he created the universe. However, if it was the first word uttered by intelligent human, it would have to be by Adam.
