You might begin by doing a Google search for "stinger". This is a special file that attacks and destroys only certain viruses that attack anti-virus programs. Updates to stinger occur very infrequently as it is a specialized program. Download stinger. Now be sure and turn off system restore (if you don't any removed viruses will be 'restored' when you reboot. Not what you want). Run Stinger. If it shows any "hits", you know your anti-virus has been disabled and you will have to un-install your anti-virus. You will have to empty all temporary Internet files. At the least, use disk cleanup. Disconnect from the Internet and reboot your computer. At this point, re-install your anti-virus *if* Stinger showed any hits. If not, your anti-virus should still be good. Run your anti-virus (after running Stinger, nothing should remain to disable your anti-virus). After running your anti-virus, reboot your computer again. At this point, your system should be clean. Run Stinger again, then your anti-virus. If neither shows any 'hits', you should be good-to-go. Shut down and reconnect to the Internet. Power up and surf away!
Best regards,
Jim

FInd out what directory the jpg is in. write down the path and reboot the computer in safe mode and try to delete the file. You should also run an anti-virus such as avg 7.0 free edition.

Hi. Write down the location of the file. Enter command mode (Start> Run> cmd.) Navigate to the location of the file. Try a delete. (del filename.jpg) if it won't then type 'attrib -r -a -s -h filename.jpg" (Type the spaces before the- sign.) Then try to delete. (Attrib stands for attribute, of which each file has 4. r is read only, a is archive, s is system, and h is hidden. The minus sign removes the attribute.)

You can boot up into safe mode and find the file. You should be able to delete it from there. To boot up into safe mode, reboot your PC and when while it's booting, keep pressing the F8 key. You will see a bootup screen with different options. Choose safemode. From Safemode, most programs are not loaded into memory, which means they are not being used. You should be able to delete this file.

You could try starting in safe mode (Tap the F8 key as the computer starts) and then delete it. Or scan your machine with your anti-virus.
