I have 2 power cords one going from monitor and other from cpu , I joined both in an extension and its main plug going in main circuit of my room, but when I switch on, monitor starts , and it forces me to switch cpu manually from its button, tell me how to switch both by one button i.e my main switch of my room

You want your PC to start when you flip the room switch? As far as I know that is not possible. The PC switch must be pressed to turn it on.

Depending on the age of your computer: if possibile: inside the bios of the computer, select the option that asks you what to do when the computer experiences a power outage. Switch the option to 'power on'. Let me know if this works for you.

dude dont go there, please do yourself a favor and plug your computer into a non switched outlet.
some moron is going to flip your switch off while you are doing a report for school and totaly fry your computer and your going to be on here asking us how to recover files of a broken pc.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
