Pokemon Pearl/Diamond revservation styles?

I know you get a stylus,but when do you get it.Do you get it when you get the game cause on tv it said you get the pen when you reserve the game starting march 18.

If you reserve the game, you get the stylus the same time you recieve the game. Most games stores wont get the promotional item until the same time as the game..
