how good is the att anti spy? do I need backup with it?

I have four anti spyware,that I check daily as i'm using the net.
If you download a few,you should be okay,but backup for important files is always recommended

It actually works VERY well for my computer. It all depends on how much time you spend on your computer, and what you do while on it. Um also use a mcaffee program along with it.

It works great. =]
