limewire is the best...not sure aboutthe new one since I refuse to dl the new ed.
also read up on bit torrent sites.

LimeWire is NOT the best. I use Ares, and I find much better results. And the interface is much easier to navigate on.
LimeWire is slow, too. It looks and feels like it's written in Java. And if that's the case, then that explains it all. =P

Try TubeHunter which downloads videos from over 20 video sharing webs. It can also converts DVD movie to all most popular video/audio formats and converts video file between all popular video formats. That's what you really need.

Go to download.com and look for P2P servers for Music. They'll have some good stuff.
