Hands down, it has to be : hit a baseball (in fair territory)

There are many different types of pitches, pitchers, deliveries, weather has an effect as well. Lefty vs. righty. Timing of the swing. If it is a ball or a strike...etc.

I have played multiple sports and I still stand by MY Opinion

Thanks for your opinions!

I agree totally with you. Without a doubt it is hitting a baseball. The timing of hitting a baseball is something you are born with. Not to mention the pitchers are throwing fastballs that move and are 90 miles am hour , have ungodly breaking pitches and are constantly trying to mess with you timing by changing speeds, and on top of that can locate where they want to pitch it. You always here the announcers during a game say the pitcher made a mistake(location wise) when a hitter really gets a hold of one. Look at the pitchers as hitters . Pitchers are great athletes and have been playing baseball their whole lives and most of them are lucky to be able to hit their weight. You are considered a great hitter if you hit 300 for your career , What other thing can you be considered great at when you are successful 30 percent of the time. Not many I can think of.

I would say hitting a pitch in softball or baseball. I think of it this way. If the average guy or girl had twenty passes thrown by an NFL quarterback, most of us would catch at least a few of them. In an NBA or WNBA game, if we got twenty shots we would probably make a few. However, in baseball if a major league pitcher threw 20 straight fastballs, most of us would be lucky to even foul a pitch off once.

skating on ice and getting hit by other hockey players.

can cause multiple injuries at any time. twisting of the ankles, broken noses, shoulders backs, ice is hard you know. also just standing up on a thin piece of sharpened metal makes everything even more difficult.
so my opinion is that skating is the most difficult thing to do in any sport. and I have another opinion there is someone out there that will always think that there is something harder to accomplish in sports than what I say and I welcome the opinion.

I always thought baseball was easy. I think it would be ice hockey. I can't skate across the rink without falling so I know I wouldn't be able to hit a puck!

If you consider golf a sport, I'd say hitting a golf ball.
But if you want to get REALLY specific, I'd say it's killing a 3rd baseman by hitting the ball so hard at his head that he dies.
It's difficult because the fielder has SOME time to react and the odds of killing someone are VERY small.
