Even though I do not like the term "Macedonian", I do not think that it will disappear as long as the people who speak this language respect it, cultivate it and pass it on to their children.
Why do you say so? Is it because of the extreme use of English all over the world? My friend, a widespread language does not necessarily mean a language of quality= a language that has the power to stay. Many USA residents around here are scared by the fact that hispanophones have increased in population all over their country.

Which Macedonian language do you mean? There are 2 you know.
There is the Greek-Macedonian which is a Greek-dialect.
And there is Slavic-Macedonian which is a Bulgarian dialect.
Greek has survived for 4000 years and Bulgarian exists fro nearly 2000.
No danger to disappear.

NO, the language will not disappear in the near or far future.
Macedonia's population is currently at 2 M and approx. 66% speak Macedonian. The next popular language is Albanian (24%) and some others with much smaller percentages. It isn't likely that any of these will overtake Macedonian as the official language.
Macedonia has applied for membership in the EU (European Union)...the country is here to stay; so is its language.

Well,
That's a good question...
I think there are a lot of language which may disappear in the future.
But, if we consider that the republic of Macedonia is candidate to enter in the European Union, and that she probably enter in 10 or 15 years, we can think that Macedonian language will be protect by EU institution and will not disappear.

I am not sure if this bulgarian dialect will disappear, but it will defenately have to be renamed as its current name is misleading.
This newborn country will have to find a unique name to call itself and its language and not a historical one that existed for thousand of years in its neighbor Greece.
Failing to do so, will ruin its chances to join the EU or any other international organizations.
