Explain gaps in employment in your resume. Depending on your field, you may want to start at a lower-level position and move up within the company.

I really enjoy my career and I do it from home. Since the company has full and ongoing training and support, you don't need prior experience. It is more a question of motivation and attitude than experience. I work in the medical field for a great company. They offer 401k and benefits and have been in business since 1992. If you are the kind of person who enjoys helping others and you are pretty comfortable working on a computer, it may work well for you.

Get a job anywhere mcdonalds whereever and work hard and stay with it for at least 6 months to a year that will look impressive to any prospective employee as in you will get a job and stick with it. Often they value that as much as exsprereince because if they hire you and have to train you they want you to stay.
