Does anyone have issues with Intuit or Quickbooks where you get a call from tech support and you can't?

I can't understand these people who call me from QB? I am researching for a paper and I thought I would find tons of stuff on the net based on call centers outside the US and customers not being able to understand them? I need help.

Most call centers are located outside the U.S. Many are located in the Philippines. The problem is one of money, in the Philippines they can hire these people for about $300.00 per month U.S. dollars. The problem is that we all suffer because many do not speak fluent English!
