I'm talking about culturally, professionally, preferences, habits, attitudes etc. What do you think the difference is and is there such a thing as mobility between the middle and upper class? If so, how is it accomplished?

The upper class pays more to accountants that to the IRS.

The middle class prefers to give to Uncle Sam.

The "upper class" are those rich enough to hire the "middle class" to stomp the lower classes into submission.... just like it has always been... not unique to US

the upper class people have alot of money, nice cars, and nice houses. middle class has enough money to have a good house, a fine car and can have some extra money to spend.
