Chicago's "Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?" comes to mind, though the intro is a lot long than 30 seconds. Check out "Mother" by Tori Amos, or other songs from her or Billy Joel.

The Fray's "Hudred" off the How To Save A Life album is about 55 seconds, but it's a very good song you should look into it

depends on the kind of dance....and the kind of style you are doing...one of my favourites is Tatu "thirty minutes" in russian and or english. its got a piano intro, and its definitly good for dance but it isnt fast enough for hip hop or upbeat jazz, only modern or ballet or jazz
