Why would the sellers of miracle weight loss, miracle memory enhancers, and get rich in your spare time schemes think the listeners of conservative talk radio would make good customers?

Moltar, 780am out of Reno/Carson City carries Savage, O'Reilly, Limbaugh, Hannity, and Drudge. Plus a local blowhard hypocrit named Manders. Except for a few car dealers EVERY commercial is for snake oil or free wealth. Why?

I guess I'm wondering why more traditional businesses and services aren't trying to reach those huge numbers of highly educated listeners.

Answering that one is easy. Anyone ignorant enough to believe what the likes of Limba-ugh and Coulter have to say is ripe for their sales pitches.

Radio is relatively inexpensive when you consider how wide of an audience can be reached. I see these same products advertised on late night TV as well. I don't think that this a political question my friend.

If they are stupid enough to tune into shows like rush limbaugh, and ignorant enough to agree with anything he says, then they are definitely exactly the people you want to try to sell things to!!!
