For what part of your body and are you talking about a man or woman? Well, I guess if had to choose without knowing anything, I would pick bare!! Hair is yucky unless it's on someone's head!! But, then no hair there is not that bad either.

Then it comes down to the person's looks and shape, as well as attitude.
Neither would fit a person with terrible attitude. He/she'd be better off with headless! XD

Looks like big daddy lost his hair. It's a good thing I still got my beautiful long fluffy hair.
