I for one enjoy watching erotic pole dancers. As a matter of fact, when I die I want to be reincarnated as a brass pole.

I think that they are people. You have to relize the strenght that goes in to pulling your self up on a pole and hold you weight up for long peroids of time. I think it is an expressave dance just as anything else is. Yes there are some tarts ( but that includes all professions) and you have to relize that if a woman is of age that it is a legal way to make money. I say good for them if you got it flaunt it. And people that are offended by pole dancers dont go to clubs where thay dance they are not hurting you so go on about your bussness.

Not all pole dancers are unhappy or dirty. I worked at a club for about 2 years and it wasnt for the money or low self esteem. I did it because I have high self esteem. I love my body. It is a great skill and not everyone can do it. Not every stripper goes to the bathroom to do drugs before they go on stage either. Or goes into the VIP section to do extras. Talk about stereotypes. Whoever said girls are pole dancers because of the low self esteem is just bs. If you had low self esteem would you get up and dance on a stage in front of men and woman every night?? Probably not. As for the money, of course we do it for the money. Thats the reason most people do the jobs they do. About %80 of people hate their jobs. So strippers or pole dancers are no exception. And just because we talk pride in our bodies, it doesnt make us any different or "DIRTY". The club I worked at, you werent even allowed to take a phone number from someone without getting fired. Alot of pole dancers get to do more in their life then other people who work HARD for it and that makes people jealous. Ive traveled more places than any 40 year old I know and Im only 20. So please dont listen to stereotypes about them. I did listen to them and I thought all strippers were sluts until I turned 19 and went for a drink at a club. I got a higher respect for them when I tried the amateur contest. Its not as easy as it looks.

Most I've encountered have not been too bright/educated but skillful in what they do and they seem to take pride in it. I guess it's all on how you present/sell yourself.
If you're debating on if you want to choose this as a profession then the answer wont be found here. Only you would know that answer.
To be quite honest. It's a job like any other. It's not as bad as people think it is.

I used to nicely known some pole dancers, and that i inform you what they are actually not in basic terms notably faces! they are extremely extra healthful! They even do instructions now to get people excersizing and its a real skill. I do think of that a number of them might do it for the incorrect motives in spite of the shown fact that?

well, it depends.... lol.
i see them as athletic attractive women with genuine talent, however, i dont think i'd be comfortable dating a woman who's JOB is to go out there and get a bunch of men aroused. that would make me uncomfortable. especially if she's less than fully dressed during her performance. that has more to do with ME than THEM though.
HOWEVER, i dont think that makes them bad people, i've known many strippers before, and they're usually nice people that are just like everyone else, and happen to be comfortable with things on a different level than the rest of us. it doesnt make them bad, it just means that they might need to find someone to be with that has a similar comfort level to their own.
now, if my girlfriend wanted to get a pole and learn to dance for me alone, I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT AT ALL. lol.
so, yes, i'm sure some of them are tarts, but there are a lot that are probably normal people, and i do find them sexy and admire what they can do. the right attitude during their pole routine could certainly put me in the mood.... but i dont think i could date a girl that does that for other people.

As a woman I think they should leave their clothes on which makes them tarts. As a dancer who has been dancing all her life, I think that some are truly talented. The skill involved to do some of the moves they do is incredible.

well here is the thing, it depends on the place or the company, yes they are traditionaly classified as tarts, but the skill involved to make the dance erotic is the best of all

I dont really have an opinion on them, they have a job just like everyone else and they earn their money, albeit in a fairly dangerous job ie risk of injury, stalkers, weirdos etc.
Apart from that, dont really have an opinion however alot of my male friends think most are great they say they would be with them as a booty call, one nighter, but never a gf or wife.

well i guess there are erotic kind and great skill kind of pole dancers...some of them have no skill and just look erotic/slutty, some of them are erotic and really skilled, and some of them just don't make it look erotic.lol
i wanna do a pole exercise or what ever it's called. it looks fun!
