I have set up at home ISa server and was trying to set it for VPN behind my cable modem service provider so I am able to do VoIP call from my computer from any where....

ISA is just a matter of opening the right ports. Assuming you've already done some configuring (internet, ssl, e-mail, etc.) you already know the drill. Find out what ports your VoIP software is using for the connection, then open it up.

Depending on your setup and desire for security, you may want to restrict the traffic to specific MAC or IP addresses...
