To go into the pg program...at least in Canada....you need a Canadian license to practice. Depending upon where you have been trained...this can take 1 1/2 - 2 years....provided you are accepted into the program It is given in Toronto....and about 30 foreign trained dentists graduated from it last year. The Faculty of Dentistry is at 124 Edward St., Toronto, Ontario. Canada. It may be given in other centers as well...but I don't know which.

Hi Punnu,

I'm gonna answer the latter half of your qt as I see that the first two responses you got catered to the former half.

If you have a financial crunch you can look at schools which'll give you some kind of financial assistance - scholarshi, DA, TA, etc - any of those will bring down the tuition costs substantially and also your living expenses. You'll have to spend for the initial expenses. If you can't then look into getting a student loan.
