Is thick black eyeliner a good thing?

Many girls like to wear thick black eyeliner around thier eyes. Is it an IN thing? Is it attractive? I wear it now and I've been wearing it for a long time but i wondered if guys actually like it or if it is a turn off?

The answer would be a matter of opinion. No right no wrong. But in my personal opinion, You should go with what looks best on you.

I have very light pretty eyes, but my lips are too small. I have had two nose jobs, My nose and eyes are great! So, I use black eyeliner "liquid by Maybelline" to draw the most attention to what I feel confident about.

As many girls as there are that like to wear it, there are just as many guys that like to see them wear it. I don't think it is so much of an IN thing. People have been wearing thick eyeliner for many years going all the way back to the Egyptians. All comes down to personal preference.

To much makeup is never a good thing. Some guys like it and some don't. It all depends on what type of guy you are trying to attract. Do what is best for you. I know I went through that stage of dark black makeup and you know what, as soon as I stopped wearing it, that is when I started getting complements on how beautiful I am with out it. So I stopped. You need to do what you feel you want to do with your self and when it is time for a change you will know.

i dont necessarily think "thick" eyeliner is attractive anymore at all. i think that a very moderately thin straight eyeliner on top of the eyes and going out a bit to make it look more cat like or more huge depending on how your eye shape is...is really nice...but no it is not attractive to guys...believe me...! i think guys nowadays try to go for the girls with less makeup and or more makeup...it really depends on the girls personality.

perhaps positioned on some peach blush on your cheeks: it will supply you a healthful glow devoid of looking over bronzed. additionally, attempt to no longer layer it so thick. It isn't, I don't think. All of my guy friends can get probably any girl, and they haaate thick eyeliner on girls and make fun of them. They work at Hot Topic too, ahaha. I don't know, I just think it's ugly aswell because it looks well, weird! I think natural girls are prettier..

as long as its nothing like the way Amy winehouse wears it i think its fine. i wear it thinner at the tip and then it grows thicker towards the end but not to thick. i try not to do full eyes but 3quarters instead. it looks alot better

Well i know a lot of people who use black and I personaly don't think it would be a turn off. If u have a lighter eyebrows or hair color like blond or brown.....i would use brown.....but if u have darker colored hair then use black. Good Luck experimenting!

if you mean liquid eyeliner than its nice but not too thick.
