Gaara is a character on the anime show Naruto on Cartoon Network. It is on Saturday nights. Anyway, Gaara is a Sand Village ninja who is the host for a sand demon. Gaara's father put the demon into him before he was born, so he had no choice. His mother died in childbirth. He was raised by his uncle. He has the ability to control sand. His father realized he was becoming too powerful and sent people out to kill him. None of the other kids liked him or would play with him. He had a very sad existence. But what pushed him over the edge was when the person his father sent to kill him failed, and Gaara killed him. Gaara was only about 8. The person was his uncle!! Before he died, he confessed that Gaara was never loved by anyone. Gaara went crazy, and now lives only for himself, killing anyone who gets in his way. Catch the show sometime.

Gaara is the son of the Fourth Kazekage (this means the strongest ninja in his village, and hes supposed to protect by any cost the village)

Gaara's father ordered Chiyo (the puppet master of that village) to seal the One-Tailed Shukaku within Gaara during his birth in the hopes that he would become the ultimate weapon for the village, a sacrifice was needed to do this, so they used his mom.

Because of the power of Shukaku, the villagers of Sunagakure hated and feared Gaara.

Gaara grown up loving nothing but himself, and lately in the history he become the hokage of the sand village.
