YEARS ago- like 9 years. A true banana split is nasty to me, but I like the variations without the pineapple and strawberry syrup. Too many flavors at once for me.

My wife and I shared one at Disney Land. April 2005. I bought a carmel apple with chocolate chips, she bought a banana split and we shared both.

It has been so long that at the time, men wore the tatoos, and ladies wore the earing. I was listening to my 8-track tape in my Gremlin. Gasoline was about 33 cents a gallon, lawyers were reaching into their OWN pockets, men were men, and women were glad of it. Viet Nam protests were a daily thing. Yep, it's been a while.
