Get a lawyer, call 1-800-Call Sam

They will take care of everything, if they believe you.

Have you reported this to the Administrators of the hospital and the police? You have to file a police report, and bring in the 2 "witnesses" who walked in on this idiot. Fight it!

Good luck!

Oh, and for Tam Tam above, the student nurse or doctor DOES NEED your permission in order to "treat" you. Unless you are in a teaching hospital where you understand that that is common practice.

i would get a lawyer if i were you. and if you don't have any money you can always get a free lawyer. there are usually programs out there where retired lawyers start an association to help people who seek justice and can't afford to. i know here in maine the place is called Pine Tree Legal. Look further into it. get out the phone book and start doing your research.

Contact a lawyer.

Honestly - if you were under the influence than your testmony isn't credible. You were intoxicated with a depressant that is also a mind altering substance. Not to mention that you were "seeing" two people out of one eye - and you might have been given pain killers or other substances to alter your perception.

If something bad did happen to you than that's too bad - I have very little sympathy for drunks being the child of an alcoholic.

Interns and medical students are frequently asked to observe procedures at a hospital. They do not need your permission to do so either.
Even if you somehow feel you were "wronged", in order for you to go to court you would have to prove that this damaged you somehow. I am most curious to know in what way did you suffer damage? Were you simply embarrassed? That is not a sufficent cause by itself.
I could be wrong, but it sounds to me as if you are simply some sue-happy jerk who is looking for a winning lottery ticket here.

If something happened to you that was improper, report it to the Hospital Administrator, Social Services, and Legal Authorities.

...talk with the "police"...? Talk with the State Attorney.....? Talk with the State Attorneys General....? and the real go getter...the local TV stations... "they" love to investigate.
Call the director of the Hospital as well... (you may need to get yourself an attorney too)

File charges and the court will require those two people to show up to testify.

You need to give more details. However it's not uncommon for people to enter the OR even, they just usually need to cover their mouths if they're just talking.
