As long as it's true, it is a good answer.
I am a recent college graduate, so for me, I would say something like:
"While I believe that I can learn a lot from the experienced men and women here, I think I will bring a fresh new outlook to the work I will be doing, including new ideas."
Just tell them why you want the job--why do you think you would be best for the position? Do you have excellent customer service skills? This is a great place to tell them your favorite skill that you have.

Its best to point to the work you've done.
I have made X items, performed Y studies, Wrote Z reports, etc.
Even better if you can have information about how much money your work has helped bring in, or how much a company is making from the product or service you provide.
