i agree. i mean i was told that i would never have to use math in everyday situations. i steer clear of those!

I don't know.
I've often wondered that too. As if this is the math section or the homework help section.
And one gal reprimanded me for asking a silly question on here when it's supposed to be used for "helping people". Give me a break already.

If you frequently solve math problems, you are exercising your brain and raising your IQ. I don't mind doing me some math once in a while.
