How would you profile someone who's hydrophobic, avoids water, and travels by plane to another place?

This is for my novel for research. Any professional FBI/police profilers or psychologists here who've done profiling on criminals? Also he works with a silent partner. Any clear cut information I can't get from books or online.

Well air travel is faster........Sorry as I see your looking for profilers I will back out of this question. Good post though.
