No matter what, you are making a decision. For example, if you must choose 1 flavor of ice cream or another, but you can't choose, you just decide "not to choose" and get neither. But this is still a decision. Get it? Now, it all depends on the situation. You may learn from your mistakes, yes, and never make that mistake again. But, if you don't ever make that mistake in the first place, you may just be lucky and not make it at all. So, learning is great, but absolutely terrible life altering decisions can probably be the wrong decision. (ie: pregnant at 14 years old.)

Not making any decision is the worse.
We have to learn to take risks and make the wrong decision in our life to know who we really are. Life, learn, make mistakes. Mistakes are needed to give you some experiences. As we all know that experience is always the best teacher of all. You need to make mistake just to know who you are. Without any mistakes made in your life, you will never be able to learn and to understand yourself at the end.

The wrong decision is far and away safer than no decision. You have to try to avoid being uninformed to the point that you are completely wrong, but at the same time realise that if you screw up, maybe it will be better to just let it ride and see what developes.

its probably worse not making a decision because we wouldnt know which was right from wrong in the first place.
i think wrong decisions exist, and they form into mistakes that we learn from.

I think any decision you learn from is a good decision. And yes, I think paralysis is worse than choosing something that may turn out wrong later. Although you shouldn't choose to do something you know is wrong...just not be afraid to BE wrong. I mean, you can always correct yourself later.

Dee is right.
You could make a wrong decison which could cost you your life, whereas, had you not done so, you would not be in any danger, whatever.
Also, there are moments when we hesitate out of fear - won't take a risk - and we lose out on a good deal or such like.
It pays to exercise good judgement while allowing ourselves opportunity to venture forth.

"Courage is the not absence of fear,
but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear.
The brave may not live forever, but the cautious do not live at all.
From now on, you’ll be traveling the road between who you think you are and who you can be. The key is to allow yourself to make the journey."

not making a decision because you're being stagnant...make the wrong decision, and maybe you'll learn something...and then make a better decision.
