Is it true wearing sunglasses while working at the PC minimises damage to your eyes??

yes it is very true. however, I heard there are glasses prescribed only for u when in front of pc to minimize the damage. my husband always tells me he will get me one because I stay in front of my pc for such a long time daily. I also have a dark flat screen in front of the monitor which does the same purpose as a sunglasses
