besides marking them as spam you need to set up more filters on your email options account and that will get rid of a lot of those

Just take major words the spammers use like "free", You Won, etc you can set a lot of filters up ...I did and hardly get any now in my emails

mark them as spam and set your spam protection to delete them immediately.
